June 2008-This is my Dr. Seuss Guava Cake for my beautiful roommate Aidin-it is a new creation! A cream cake with whipped guava cream cheese fillings (the peach layers). The center is guava and cream cheese and the outside is a creamy cream cheese frosting!
Inspired by pastelitos but are even better! Goes great with coffee in the morning
